Can't see enquiries in the Lost status
Enqwin allows you to setup default status for the enquiry list. When you go to the enquiry list, you will see a gear icon beside the search bar. Clicking on this will allow you to select statuses for the default enquiry list.
If you do not want to change the default statuses, but only temporarily view enquiries in a specific status, you can just start typing the status in the search field, like "Lost". You will get a dropdown of search options to choose from. Choose "Status: Lost", you will see the list of enquiries with status "Lost".
