How to generate reports based on status, channel, etc.
Enqwin comes with a sophisticated search filtering mechanism which allows you to filter your report by date range, status, channel, priority, service/product, sales unit or sales person.
Once you filter the list based on your requirements, you can also download it as a CSV file. This can be readily imported into your favorite spreadsheet program like MS Excel or LibreOffice for sophisticated reporting if required.
